Terms of use

Last updated 9 October 2026

OnePic helps people find photographers and videographers ("creators") and ask them for a shoot. By using OnePic you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.

What OnePic is

OnePic shows creators' work, places and packages, and lets clients send them booking requests and messages. A booking on OnePic is a request: the creator accepts or declines it. No money is paid through OnePic; the client and the creator agree on payment between themselves.

The shoot itself is an agreement between the client and the creator. OnePic is not a party to it and does not guarantee the work, the price or that a shoot takes place.

Your account

  • Anyone can look around OnePic without an account. A client account is for people of 8 years or older; anyone under 18 needs the agreement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and its bookings. A creator account is for people of 18 years or older.
  • Give your real name and an email address you can read. One account per person.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Creators keep their profile, place and packages true and up to date.

Bookings and messages

  • Send a booking request or a private offer only when you mean it.
  • Cancel only in the steps where OnePic allows it, and tell the other person why when you can.
  • Keep messages about the work. Do not send advertising, threats or harassment.
  • Reviews must describe a real booking honestly. Do not write reviews for yourself or for people you know.

Your photos, clips and texts

What you upload stays yours. To run OnePic you allow us to store it, make resized copies, and show it on OnePic (on your profile, in the feed, in categories, in search and on the map), for as long as it is on OnePic. When you delete something, we stop showing it.

  • Upload only work you made or have the right to share.
  • People who can be recognised in your work must agree to it being shown.
  • No sexual content, no content showing or harming children, nothing violent, hateful or illegal.

What is not allowed

  • Pretending to be someone else, or making accounts for other people without their consent.
  • Copying content or data from OnePic with automated tools, or getting around its security.
  • Using OnePic to break the law or anyone's rights.

How we keep OnePic safe

OnePic's admins can hide photos, profiles, packages and reviews, and suspend accounts that break these terms. To deal with a problem or a complaint, an admin can read a conversation. We may remove content we are told is illegal.

Leaving OnePic

You can delete your account at any time under My account. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

No guarantees

OnePic is new and is offered as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable, or by what clients and creators do. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page; for important changes we also tell signed-in users on the site. If you keep using OnePic after a change, the new terms apply.
